Soya protein ΒΙΟ 500gr

Soy protein contains high-quality protein and is an excellent alternative to proteins of animal origin. It is rapidly and easily digested and contains high amounts of essential amino acids. It is low in fat and does not contain: gluten, lactose, cholesterol.

Usage: The recommended dosage is 30g per dose, 1-2 times a day in an almond drink or any other non dairy beverage of your choice, soups, smoothies, fruit and vegetable juices. For even richer flavor you can add nut butter, honey or agave syrup.
