PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Rye is rich in lysine and high in dietary fiber, supporting healthy digestion. It is mainly used in Central and Eastern Europe, where it is traditionally valued for bread making. Its composition includes about 65% starch, 10% fiber, 12% protein, and small amounts of water, fats, and minerals. Add more rye products to your daily diet!
Products made from rye are naturally nutritious, and rye flakes in particular are an excellent source of dietary fiber, phosphorus, magnesium, manganese, protein, and vitamin B1. They are also rich in phytoestrogens, which act as antioxidants.
