HAZELNUT BUTTER
The great effort for excellent Greek products continues and BIO-HEALTH presents the first organic hazelnut butter from Evia because we have faith and support Greek producers and their products.
Pure pulp from 100% selected hazelnuts without adding salt for a delicious breakfast that sucks the palate that is based on a homemade recipe.
Hazelnuts are a fruit of great nutritional value. It is very rich in fat and mainly in "good" monounsaturated, which help to reduce "bad" and total cholesterol, contributing to the prevention of cardiovascular diseases. At the same time, it is rich in fiber, vitamins, and minerals such as magnesium, potassium, calcium, iron, and copper, which are essential for the proper functioning of the body. What stands out in hazelnuts is their high content of folic acid, which makes them particularly noticeable even during pregnancy, but also in antioxidant vitamin E.
It is eaten plain, it can accompany pastries of our choice or add it to pastry.
