SOY BEANS
Soy beans are a soybean-derived legume, originating in East Asia, widely used in all Asian countries, particularly in China.
It has a high nutritional value, a high content of plant protein and can be used in many preparations. Today's organic farming is rare and it is good to buy organic only because GM soybeans are usually released, which has led to a sharp fall in sales in recent years.
